Preserving herbs and aromatic plants in the Southern Palestine mountain range
The project aims to expand and preserve the local environment for aromatic herbs in the countryside of Yatta through replanting 25 dunums (dunum = 1000 m2) with Thyme, Sage, Cornea, Saffron Bulbs, installing irrigation networks and 50 water tanks with a capacity of 3 cubic meter, supplying and manufacturing solar dryer, capacity building for 25 women on environment and the preservation of indigenous plants in rural areas and biodiversity in Palestine and economic empowerment for the small projects and producing joint video with other GEF/SGP grantees to be supervised by the National Coordinator.
