Ecological agriculture (organic Sumac) in area C, East of Yatta
GEF/SGP has established and provided funding for a project, being Ecological agriculture (organic Sumac) in area C, East of Yatta, the project aims to promote and protect sustainable agricultural biodiversity in area C of East Yatta by planting 20 dunums (dunum =1000 m2) of extinct organic Sumac trees in their original habitat, constructing two agricultural well with capacity of 65 cubic meter each, capacity building for 26 university students on cultivation and production of organic sumac and marketing and producing joint video with other GEF/SGP grantees to be supervised by the National Coordinator
