Storks and pink flamingoes have returned in Albania after 40 years of absence. Currently there are only a handful of stork nests while there are several more attempts of nest building. The project will assist in the construction of 2 artificial platforms that facilitate the construction of nests in the Delvina area. The project will also install a live camera on an active nest in Gjirokastra that is expected to provide valuable information as well as good promotional material. Meanwhile, the project will install another live camera nearby the flamingo colony in Narta lagoon in an attempt to understand why the colony, despite repeated attempts, has not been successful in nesting in this area
