The main purpose of the project is to achieve a healthy agricultural production, that the Andean crops that are planted and other vegetables that are produced are free of agrochemicals, and at the same time incorporate a variety of vegetables and fruits that allow complementing a healthy diet for the inhabitants locals as well as the rest of the population since it is possible to commercialize the surplus production. For this, it is considered important to vindicate the ancestral practices of each cultivated species and the use of the land provided by suitable people who maintain cultivation customs, but the contribution of technological innovation provided by professional technical assistance and the young population is also considered important of the community.
