The location of Integrated Vocational Education and Training School is in Phonexaysavang village, Luangnamtha district Luangnamtha province with 627 students from 5 different tribe of 5 districts in the province. However, the school still has faced some challenging issue that need to be solve such as capacity building of teacher and education equipment to facilities doing the practice and experiments in school that is not sufficient, which reflect to the teaching quality. The other thing is school environment issue for instance wastewater, solid waste, and the rampant of mosquitos. The project aim is to give benefit to the teacher and student for capacity development on sustainable waste management of learning by doing and be a demonstration center of greenhouse for organic planting, tree planting and propagation, land improvement through application of the compost, organic material, nursery garden, grass plantation for animal husbandry in parallel with awareness campaign of sustainable waste management.
