Encourage local community members to conserve local natural areas through developing ecotours for observing snow leopards, as well as support the government on developing the policies for sustainable tourism, as part of green economy development, and identifying recommendations and mechanisms for developing ecological tourism both within the territory of the reserve and its bordering areas based on opinions of leading experts.
