Restoring the population of goitered gazelle through their reintroduction into their past habitat in the south-western part of Issyk-Kul lake shore, increasing responsibility of local communities in Ordok-Uchar and Aksai villages for establishing a reserve of semiarid biocenosis of Issyk-Kul basin, effective management of the reserve and sustainable development in the face of the new challenges, such as COVID-19
Jointly with local communities, local self-governments, State agency on environment protection, and the National Academy of Science, establish a community protected area with semiarid landscape and reintroduce there goitered gazelle which became extinct.
