GOAL
Strengthening the economy of indigenous peoples through increasing the capacity of BUMDes managers, indigenous community business groups, development of local food commodities and agrofrestry (garden land or tembawang) after the determination of customary forest in dealing with impacts Covid-19 pandemic.

ACTIVITIES
Facilitate the development of food and agrofrestri in 8 villages to increase resilience community economy in Tae District. Main strategies and activities:
1. Conduct socialization and education on the impact of Covid-19 so that the community find traditional ways to deal with Covid-19.
2. Training to increase the capacity of human resources managing institutions community economy, community business groups, and BUMDes in Tae Village
3. Facilitation of planning for the selection of business units managed by economic institutions community, BUMDes and community business groups in Ketemenggungan Tae;
4. Management training for indigenous community business groups in Ketemenggungan Tae.
5. Meetings in 8 villages to identify and plan the type of community local food and agroforestry to be developed in 8 villages
6. Facilitate the development of food and agroforestry (coffee, rubber, rice fields, honey, durian) in 8 villages



EXPECTED RESULTS
1. The community understands about Covid-19 and its impact on community members in the traditional area of Ketemenggungan Tae.
2. The existence of indigenous peoples' economic institutions (such as Indigenous Peoples Owned Enterprises - BUMMA) that can manage the economic assets of customary forests.
3. There is an increase in the productivity and diversity of local food and agroforestry commodities of customary forests.
