Tuvalu project team enlisted the services of Dr. Rosiana Lagi, Campus Director of University of South Pacific (USP) Tuvalu Campus to draft and publish the GEF-SGP Country Programme Strategy (CPS) for Tuvalu, in collaboration with Tuvalu Association for Non-Governmental Organizations (TANGO) and civil society organizations in Tuvalu.
