The objective of the project is to promote sustainable food production, valuing ancestral practices and knowledge of local indigenous communities living in the Esteros del Ibera, placing emphasis on the preservation of the biodiversity represented in the native mountains, which make up areas of refuge and habitat for threatened flora and fauna, conserving and strengthening ecosystems sensitive to hydrological and climatic changes.
