The objective of the project is the elaboration of biodegradable disposable tableware and containers of banana leaves and stems that replace plastic and polystyrene materials, incorporating an innovative technology as a contribution to sustainable production. Diversification of the farms of small rural producers, for the sustainable use of biodiversity and as a source of work and livelihood for young people and women.
