Tayhi k'os lhay: Aprovechamiento de Frutos del Monte. Un camino ancestral e innovador
The objective of the project is to achieve a sustainable use of the fruits of the white carob tree (Prosopis alba). Strengthening local production capacities together with the Wichi communities, guaranteeing the operation of the Tayhi k'os lhay milling room in the elaboration of carob derivatives and commercialization, contributing to the economy of the families of the communities involved and contributing to the participation of women (atsina) in the entire process of making flour carob (Fwa´muk) and its derivatives.
