Reviving Traditional and Indigenous Food
The project will work on preserving the local community knowledge in specific food categories and improve the knowledge and awareness of local community practices in these local food systems. Food produced at local community can be of great nutrition and health values, these can play an important role in support local community during crisis like COVID-19. Many communities suffered lack of food supplies during the pandemic. This project will contribute to make the local community more resilience and more dependent on their traditional knowledge to cope with any similar conditions.
