During the implementation of the project, an active information campaign was conducted, which included TV broadcasts in Kakheti regions. In addition, informative and educational leaflets, desk calendars with informative content were prepared and distributed among society. At the same time, public school teachers, who are the best source of information and distribution, acquired appropriate knowledge and skills during the thematic trainings. Study visits at demonstration center contributed that school students to gain information about energy efficiency. Project Summarizing event organized for sharing project resalts among interested stakeholders. Social media was used actively to broadcast project activities and sharing the results, in order to contribute replicating project end results in other parts of Georgia .
Within the framework of the project, 1,000 informative and educational leaflets, 300 calendars, and 2 TV programs were produced.
During the project implementation, a 6.5 KW solar power plant was installed in the Mskhalgori public school. It become possible to monitor the generated electricity by the solar photo-electric plant of Mskhalgori public school through online platform, where the amount of electricity generated, its cots, the number of saved trees, the total amount of CO2 reduced is provided. During last 6 months 34 trees were saved (is equals 1,311 kg CO2 not emitted emissions) and up to GEL 811 was saved by the school administration.

Notable Community Participation
For the awareness raising of youth people, an education center for energy efficiency and sustainable development was established in Lagodekhi Municipality in Mskhalgori public school in which up to 500 school children annually will receive information about environmental issues and improve relevant skills for energy efficiency and sustainable development. An energy efficiency and sustainable environment club (green club) was established on the basis of the Mskhalgori public school, which united 20 students of different ages of the school. Green club actively operates, and several practical activities have already been conducted in the frame of the project.
Inovative Financial Mechanisms
It should be noted that the "Energy Efficiency Center - Georgia" developed 8-month educational program - in the form of a syllabus for the proper functioning of the "Green Club".
The syllabus includes 16 educational modules. Each module consists of theoretical material, presentations prepared in PPT format, as well as includes descriptions of practical exercises, video clips and other practical materials.
"Energy Efficiency Center of Georgia" experts during the trainings explained to the mentor-teachers of Mskhalgori school the teaching methodology, how effectively to use the syllabus and the particularities of the transfer of theoretical and practical materials.
In addition, within the framework of the project, a 1.5-hour special demonstration program was developed it helps mentor teachers to better run the demonstration center and explain the insights of the energy efficiency stands to young people from other schools. Currently, 4 public schools of Lagodekhi municipality have already visited the school of Mskhalgori, where students get acquainted with the demonstration stand, received theoretical knowledge and conducted some practical exercises in energy efficiency.
Project sustainability
Mskhalgori public school administration took responsibilities to run demonstration educational center , there are obliged to operate the educational center for at least 5 years and offer educational services to other schools students who are interested in environmental issues and energy efficiency.
6.5 kW solar Power panels at Mskhalgori public school are generating electricity, while costs for electricity saving are used to run the educational center and eco-club activities is a more sustainable way .

Gender Focus
Within the framework of the project, both women and men benefit from the educational infrastructure created at Mskhalgori public school, beside there is gender balance maintained at "green clab" members who are actively involved in eco-clab activities. Most of the training representative were the women as at schools mainly women teachers are representing, they are leading the eco-club activities and educational program in EE at Mskhalgori school.
Capacity - Building Component
Within the framework of the project, the experts of "Energy Efficiency Center - Georgia" conducted a training for science teachers of public schools of Lagodekhi municipality, which was attended by 30 teachers from 28 schools. The participants gained new knowledge and skills about environmental protection, sustainable development and energy efficiency. In addition, 3 mentor teachers were trained by the experts of the "Energy Efficiency Center - Georgia" how to run demonstration center affectively at Mskhalgori School. They will lead the active work of the "Green Club" throughout the academic year as well. With the help of "Energy Efficiency Center - Georgia" experts, organization compiled a training program in the form of a syllabus. The duration of the program is 8 months and school children from Lagodekhi Municipality can be trained based on the interest.
Project Results
1) An education center for energy efficiency and sustainable development in Mskhalgori public school has been stablished and functional for young people living in Lagodekhi municipality. The educational and demonstration center and it is equipped with appropriate equipment
2) During the year, more than 100 young people from 28 schools in the Lagodekhi Municipality received information and gained relevant skills about sustainable development and energy efficiency at the educational center.
3) In the public school of Mskhalgori, more than 20 students acquire new skills every year by acting in the green club created on the basis of the educational center.
4) 3 mentor teachers trained , who gained new theoretical knowledge and practical skills to run demonstration center affectively and lead the "green club" activities as well;
5) About 30 teachers from 28 schools were trained within the frame of the project , who received new knowledge and skills about sustainable development and energy efficiency, which they actively use during the educational process;
