objectives (SPECIAL PROJECT OBJECTIVES)
Objective 1
:
Strengthening village school implementers to be able to maintain and manage the sustainability of the GEF SGP Phase-VI program in each activity area.
Indicator
:
1. 1. There is training in making learning curricula in accordance with local wisdom and activities that have been held in phase-6 of GEF SGP Indonesia
2. 2. There is training in library management.
3. 3. Participatory learning training
4. 4. Community organizing training in community assistance
5. There is creative thinking training
6. There is training in systemic thinking
7. There is Problem Solving Training, Appreciative Planning, and Sustainability Maintenance

Activity
:
1. Implementation of training in making learning curricula, making modules and toolkits containing teaching aids, teaching aids and methodologies based on the potential and mapping in each village school, and in accordance with local wisdom and activities that have been held in phase-6 of GEF SGP Indonesia and program sustainability plans
2. Implementation of library management training
3. Implementation of participatory learning training
4. Implementation of community organizing training in community assistance

Objective 2
:
Provision of infrastructure and facilities and space to carry out learning practices according to local potential and wisdom (eg demonstration plots, fish drying and processing areas, coffee packaging) in maintaining and managing the sustainability of the GEF SGP Phase-VI program

1. There are reference books and readings in the village school library
2. The existence of learning facilities and infrastructure

4. There is a website/landing page
Activity
:
1. Procurement of reference books and readings in village school libraries
2. Procurement of learning facilities and infrastructure and provision of space for learning practices based on the potential and needs in each region such as procurement of demonstration plots for local food, packaging of fish catches, development of coffee growing techniques, etc.
3. Providing space for learning practices at Kampung Omah Kayu School, such as Weaving for Life, community-based social ecopreneurship, product development, etc.

Special Purpose 3
:
Procurement of revolving funds for groups accompanied by village schools in the context of the sustainability of the GEF SGP Phase VI program

1. There is a revolving fund lending platform for village school members

3. There are village school members who take advantage of revolving funds

:
1. Procurement of a revolving fund lending platform for village school members

Special Purpose 4
:
The Kampung Omah Kayu School becomes a hub between village schools in each region to ensure the sustainability of the implementation of the 6th phase of the GEF SGP program through village school programs in each activity area.

1. There is a platform for regular meetings and reporting activities from each region
2. There are activities at the national level to share and disseminate learning outcomes from village schools
3. There are learning stories produced containing sustainability strategies in each region
