OBJECTIVES (SPECIAL PROJECT OBJECTIVES)
Objective 1
:
Development of an Ecological Model for the Bukit Keker Learning House
Indicator
:
1. The existence of completeness and supporting infrastructure in the Learning House as a place to study
2. There is an increase in public awareness of waste management and the strengthening of TPST management
3. There is a dry land farming model on community land in the Nyuh Kukuh Traditional Village
4. There is a model of cattle rearing and silvofastoral development in the Nyuh Kukuh Indigenous Village community
5. Community Product Development and Marketing
Activity
:
1. Addition of warehouse infrastructure and maintenance of existing infrastructure. This activity will collaborate with the Taksu Tridatu Nusa Penida Foundation as a local institution in Nusa Penida
2. Enhancement of equipment and equipment for meetings and art training activities. This activity will collaborate with the Taksu Tridatu Nusa Penida Foundation as a local institution in Nusa Penida
3. Addition of 1000 watt solar panels. This activity will collaborate with the Kayon Foundation, an institution that has experience in renewable clean energy
4. Identify farmers and ranchers who are willing to carry out the dry land farming model. Collaborate with experienced consultants who are familiar with the environment and character of the people of Nusa Penida
5. Strengthening TPST and public awareness about waste management. In collaboration with PPLH Bali, which has been handling education and waste management, including initiating the Nyuh Kukuh TPST model.
6. Development of livestock rearing technology and Silvovastoral development in the community in the Nyuh Kukuh Traditional Village. Collaborating with BPPT Bali
7. Development and marketing of community products; Collaborating with DWE Natural and Bali Partners who understand about community products and marketing community products, especially in Nusa Penida
Objective 2
:
Coordination and Promotion of the Nusa Penida Ecotourism Model
Indicator
:
1. There is a monthly meeting with the villages that JED assisted previously to ensure the commitment of the village parties regarding the development of ecotourism in their area.
2. The existence of promotional media in the form of videos of villages that have agreed to become JED members and will carry out ecotourism activities
Activity
:
1. Meetings with villages/customary villages/ecotourism groups to coordinate and ensure commitment to continue cooperation for ecotourism in their area. This activity is in collaboration with JED, which has initiated and assisted villages and ecotourism groups in the previous period of the Gef-Sgp phase VI program.
2. Making promotional videos for Nusa Penida ecotourism villages that have been accompanied by JED. This activity is in collaboration with CV Sekala and CV Lentera Talenta, who have experience in making promotional materials.
Objective 3
:
Comparative Study of Cepuk Weaving Natural Dyes
Indicator
:
Comparative study of the natural mesari weaving group to Lawe Yogyakarta to learn the color red.
Activity
:
Comparative study to make red color and waste management from natural and chemical dyes. This activity will collaborate with the previous companions of the natural mesari weaving group and with Lawe Yogyakarta.
Objective 4
:
Monitoring and Evaluation
Indicator
:
1. There are meetings with partners or consultants working on strengthening sustainability
2. Monitoring and evaluation of ongoing and finished activities in Nusa Penida for the sustainability and maintenance of the network that has been built.
Activity
:
1. Meeting partners every month or as needed to coordinate and find solutions if there are obstacles in the implementation of activities.
2. Monitoring ongoing and even completed activities in Nusa Penida to maintain networking and cooperation with beneficiaries and other parties.
3. Evaluating all project achievements which is carried out in stages, namely twice during the project and after the project
4. Create monitoring and evaluation visuals and monitoring and evaluation tools to make it easier for parties to read the results of the monitoring and evaluation carried out.

All of these monev activities will be carried out by the Wisnu Foundation as the institution in charge of the gef-sgp phase VI program in Nusa Penida for the 2018-2020 period.
