Regarding the Sustentar Institute team, the main lessons were related to maturity and respect for different ways of planning and carrying out activities by the productive group. It was necessary to adapt the remote meetings to face-to-face ones, with all the security measures, and to the different forms of organization that the community has. Another important lesson was persistence, patience, evaluation and adaptation in the face of the obstacles we encountered. In relation to the productive group, the lessons are focused on the adequacy of collective work, formalization of the productive association and security measures in the face of the pandemic that did not occur until then. This task requires everyone to assume responsibility for their partner, respecting differences, in addition to seeking ways to resolve conflicts.

The Sustentar Institute and UFMG team is looking for new projects in other public notices for fundraising aimed at the continuity of actions, the improvement of facilities and infrastructure and the economic sustainability of the initiative. We reinforce the partnership with the City Hall of Paraopeba, which will install an independent access gate for the factory, support and publicize the brand and products ?Pontinha de Sabor? at fairs and municipal events, in addition, we will have support from the City Hall to carry out the action for the official inauguration of the agroindustry in the community. We also reaffirm the partnership with the community association of the Quilombo de Pontinha, which was willing to support and publicize the mobilization actions. In addition, we obtained support from the Doutor Teófilo Nascimento Municipal School for the use of the school's physical spaces for holding meetings and workshops. We also obtained, together with the Department of Education of Paraopeba, authorization for the installation of photovoltaic panels linked to the school's electrical network. We are also building a partnership with Emater to support the formalization of the production group, exchange between producers in Minas Gerais and boost products on the market and school meals. We maintained a partnership with the Federal University of Minas Gerais, through the Socioecological Systems Laboratory, which assists in all project activities, including planning, execution and evaluation.
