Integrated Farming 'SukaDanta Organic Farm'
Goals :
The community is independent and empowered. Not only during the pandemic, but after the pandemic has passed, the affected communities will be better prepared to turn the economy around and build a new civilization (at least at the banjar and neighborhood levels) that is more humane, just, and environmentally conscious.
objectives (SPECIAL PROJECT OBJECTIVES)
Objective 1:
Developing communities/communities to be self-sufficient in food and ritual needs
Indicators:
Integrated agriculture from upstream to downstream includes production, processing and distribution activities.
Activity:
Building a sustainable production/cultivation system by implementing an agricultural system in harmony with nature (vegetable production, traditional crops, livestock development)
Build Collective Cages, Compost Houses and organic fertilizer filling stations to independently process animal manure (kohe), household waste, litter and other natural materials into solid organic fertilizer, liquid organic fertilizer and vegetable pesticides. In the future, it can become a center for processing organic fertilizers that provide added value to rotate the real economy
Objective 2:
Processing the results of production / cultivation (processing) into products that have added value
Indicators:
Fresh packaging with healthy food labeling (free residue)
Simplicia products (dried products)
Processed healthy foods (tea, crackers, salads, jams, sweets, pickles, juices, syrups, salads, tempeh, etc.)
Activity:
In the production sector, production areas for various types of vegetable crops and traditional crops are built with an agricultural system in harmony with nature. Construction of collective cages and compost houses for the production of solid, liquid fertilizers and vegetable pesticides by utilizing local resources. In addition, hatcheries and nurseries are also carried out independently by providing seed banks for plants that are developed by building nursery houses and permanent nurseries.
Objective 3:
Building a fair distribution network
Indicators:
Building public awareness of healthy lifestyles in harmony with nature through campaigns for healthy food, independent food and communal knowledge management
Developing community markets (rebo ijo market, umanis market, etc.), garden market/direct market, etc.
Activity:
All production and processing products will be distributed directly to community members, local residents, food stalls, restaurants, villas, markets, using the direct market method as well as bartering goods between communities. In addition, community groups will be built (eg Rebo Ijo market, Umanis market, Friday market, etc.)
Objective 4:
Monitoring and Evaluation
Indicators:
1. Meetings with partners or consultants working on strengthening sustainability
2. Monitoring and evaluation of ongoing and finished activities in Nusa Penida for the sustainability and maintenance of the network that has been built.
Activity:
1. Meeting partners every month or as needed to coordinate and find solutions if there are obstacles in the implementation of activities.
2. Monitoring ongoing and even completed activities in Nusa Penida to maintain networking and cooperation with beneficiaries and other parties.
3. Evaluating all project achievements which is carried out in stages, namely twice during the project and after the project
4. Create monitoring and evaluation visuals and monitoring and evaluation tools to make it easier for parties to read the results of the monitoring and evaluation carried out.
