GOAL (VISION/GENERAL OBJECTIVE)
The Creation of an Environmentally Friendly Sustainable Food House Area to Support Local Resource-Based Food Diversification Amid Water Constraints.

Objectives (PROJECT SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES)
Objective 1:
Utilization of the yard as a living kitchen to support food sovereignty by utilizing household wastewater as a water source in three villages on the island of Semau
Yard Farm
Indicators:
There is a laundry waste filter that is installed directly into the agricultural area of ??the yard
The existence of environmentally friendly gardening (organic and vegetable pesticides)
Activity:
1. Making 30 filters/filters for household washing/bathing waste for three villages with 1 unit/household
2. Water filters that are made apart from household waste water are also for brackish water
3. The filter/filter activity method is carried out by the resource person who will train to make a water filter and then it will be carried out by each mother involved with the help of the resource person and the KuBat implementation team.
4. The design of the water filter will be designed to go directly from the source of household waste to directly on the yard which will be a place of cultivation so as to facilitate the utilization of wastewater in garden plants.
5. Cultivation of horticultural and biopharmaceutical plants in the yard of 30 households for three villages. In this case 10 households for 1 village with each household 1 acre of managed land.
6. Manufacture of plant-based pesticides and pest traps for controlling plant pests and diseases
7. The method applied in yard farming activities is direct practice by 30 mothers with assistance from resource persons and KuBat Community implementers
Objective 2:
Seed propagation of local food crops (dry season black rice)
Indicators:
1. There is a center for seed propagation of black rice food crops
2. Availability of local black rice indications Semau
Activity:
1. Organic dry season local black rice cultivation in two villages with 1 person in each village
2. Geographical indications in the form of morphological characteristics of plants which include roots, stems, leaves, panicles, grains. Quality related to nutritional content and production.
Objective 3
:
Maintaining the continuity of home gardening and sustainable development of black rice in the target village
Indicators:
1. The existence of sustainable yard farming, both rainy and summer seasons
2. Availability of materials (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, water) for sustainable home gardening
Activity:
1. Strengthening group capacity in relation to home gardening and black rice development
2. Provision of mobile kiosks in Kupang Batanam with household scale quantities and prices to make it easier to obtain horticultural seeds. Sales are made by field staff during monthly field visits. Or after activities or related to sustainability, sales will still be carried out through communication media or monthly visits by field staff to mothers
3. Support for the Kupang Batanam Kiosk in the form of purchasing vegetable seeds that will be sold on a household scale for sustainability and support for volunteers who will help sell mama-mama's harvest if the yield increases.
