Contribute to the sustainable management of marine and forest resources, fight poverty and improve the socio-economic condition of local communities.
Specifically, the project contributes:
? Strengthen the participation of fishing communities and women in decision-making on resource management.
? Improve fishing practices through the use of environmentally friendly gear.
? Improve the quality of the diet, offering communities the possibility of producing vegetables and husking rice in large quantities.
? Encourage women to undertake other income-generating activities.
