Sustainable Livestock Management
: the Project is a local community farmer school to reduce environmental risks such as invasive
vested weeds, soil erosion and reduce land area with improve pasture for sustainable cattle farming practices in East
Ambae as an environmental solution, and at the same time improve the local economy of the country. With COVID 19
reducing tourism and even increasing the rate of unemployment, many locals are looking for opportunities abroad to help
them support their families financially. With a project such as this, it can give the local farmers an opportunity to focus on
agriculture and raise their local income.
