This project is addressing the low production of honey and its value-added products in Grenada, as part of a regional project with the same objective. Honey production is a seasonal resource and requires regular inputs from the beekeeper. Further, if beekeeping is their main source of income, beekeepers must maximize all possible outputs from their stock of hives.
