Achievements of the project during the period:
After completion of all components of the project , the following were the main achievements

1. The list of NGOs , CBOs and Cooperatives working in the field relevant to the scope of SM/GEF program was prepared

2. Selection criteria for field survey
? The organization has activities for the last three years
? The organization The organization has a legal registration
? The organization has its own office
? The organization is in marginalized area and works with a local community
? The organization willingness to cooperate in the survey. The organization wants to disclose information about the survey.
3. Selection of organizations for field Survey
Finalization the list of the organizations to be part of the survey
After the application of the criteria the following are the number of samples per Geographical area
? North Of West Bank ( 30 sample )
? South of west Bank ( 37 sample)
? Gaza strip ( 9 samples )

In the second phase, capacity building and training were carried out. A total of 20 training days were conducted in both the southern and northern regions of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. 90 participants, including 64 women, from 60 organizations cooperatives, and charitable associations benefited from the training. In addition to one manual and post training evaluations were carried out.
The Participatory interactive training were used , the approach that actively involves participants in the learning process through hands-on activities, discussions, and collaborative exercises. It emphasizes active participation, engagement, and interaction among the participants and the trainer or facilitator.
In participatory interactive training, learners were encouraged to share their experiences, ask questions, and contribute to the learning environment. The training sessions were designed to be interactive, allowing participants to engage with the content, apply concepts to real-life scenarios, and practice new skills through various exercises, simulations, role-plays, group discussions, and case studies.
The trainer or facilitator played a crucial role in participatory interactive training by guiding and facilitating the learning process, encouraging participation, fostering discussion, and providing feedback and guidance. The training content is typically designed to be relevant, practical, and applicable to the participants' needs and job roles, allowing them to immediately transfer the knowledge and skills gained to their work environment.
