A Pilot Project to Propose a Solution for Microplastic Debris Collected from Shores and using it as a Substitute to Natural Resources in Construction
This project aims at implementing for one year the management plan drafted on one beach with the proper equipment to showcase this pilot project and scale it up in the future by purchasing the ?Beach Cleanup? machine, and introduced to the stakeholders (NGO?s working in the field, local authorities, citizens, school students?) via a town-hall meeting . The machine will start its work in removing the micro-plastic from the shore and signing a MOU with an University to undergo a study on the strength of the stone produced from microplastics and Manufacturing of stepping stones for shoreslater on by volunteers on the Ramlet El-Bayda beach.
