Empowering women in Forest Conservation and Food security
The project to empowering women in Forest conservation and food security- 2 community forest awareness workshops with local indigenous women to share knowledge on traditional forest management and food security. The project will support the women the sharing and distribution of cyclone, drought tolerant forest vine tuber as food crops for planting within garden under forest canopy when diversifying house hold food basket; and securing gardening through local fencing out of roaming feral animals.
