High hill community based biodiversity and climate resilient project
This project aims to promote climate change mitigation through organic farming of high value crops, advocacy/campaign for climate change mitigation and resilience through both bamboo products and orange product as safety net for marginalized groups (women, dalits, ethnic groups and other underprivileged groups) to access means of livelihoods engaging them in the intervention, and improve the awareness and capacity to participate in natural resource management governance at large.

Capacity - Building Component
- Develop demonstration plot of integrated project intervention. - Strengthening of project intervention farmers group, cooperatives and other interest groups. - Conduct project workshops (Inception, Yearly, Wrap up) for knowledge, communication and successful project implementation.
Inovative Financial Mechanisms
- Mobilization of school children for conservation activities. -Sharing and Leaning from exposure visit helps community people, entrepreneurs and farmers to understand new idea and collaboration.
