Participatory Manhunkot Landscape Conservation Project
The integrated approach of the project will be helpful for conservation and boost up to both Mannhukot and Tanahusur project area. This project will mobilized the locals and community forest users group to conserve forest, work closely with Byaas Municipality. The project will also complement tourism facility development initiatives such as road maintenance, homestay management, picnic shed development to ensures that these development would not destroy the local forest and landscape. The main objective of the projects is to conserve Manhunkot Landscape with active people's participation. The specific objectives are; To conserve forest and aware on biodiversity, water source to build climate resilient communities at Mannhukot and Tanhushur area, To promote local livelihood through organic farming, beekeeping, poultry farming, poultry farming and production of local handicraft and To promote Ecotourism by development of Infrastructure and human resources.

Inovative Financial Mechanisms
The knowledge management will be done through sharing of lessons, issues and best practices in the district level coordination committee represented by wider level of recipients including government authorities, political party members, civil society organizations, and media people and so on. The meeting will be organized in each quarter of the project implementation period. In addition, production and dissemination of IEC materials will also help sharing knowledge on the technology among external community. The progress report, best practices, lessons learnt and success stories will will be key knowledge product of the project. Marketing and promotion of touristic destinations Exposure Visit. - Book publication for Manhunkot tourism. - Develop 5 Hoarding boards for information dissemination regarding tourism and environment conservation.
