Creation of DNA laboratory for genetic identification of hawk and other redlisted wild species for combating their illegal trade/turn-over and evaluation of genetic diversity of wild populations
The project is aimed at reducing poaching and illegal trafficking of wild animals, as well as reducing excessive and unsustainable exploitation of populations of rare birds of prey and other animals. It is planned to assess the state of natural populations of rare animal species in Uzbekistan.
