The project is aimed at contributing to preserving and promoting the values of natural resources, culture, indigenous knowledge and developing community-based tourism towards eco-tourism and green tourism in CLC-HA Biosphere Reserve.
Short-term Objectives are presented below:
Objective 1: Promote awareness, capacity, and the utilization of internal resources as well as mobilize community participation in nature conservation through integrated management of natural resources, culture, indigenous knowledge, environment and the harmony between conservation and development at Cu Lao Cham - Hoi An World Biosphere Reserve
Objective 2: Develop livelihood models combined with models of community-based learning tourism and eco-tourism in 2 areas of Cam Kim and Cam Thanh communes in order to generate direct income for about 320 households.
Objective 3: Develop mechanisms for better cooperation, networking, benefit-sharing, and accountability towards the sustainable development of livelihood models.
