Increasing energy efficiency and improving sanitary conditions in the dispensary building
Increasing energy efficiency and improving sanitary conditions in the dispensary building
Project is aimed at carrying out energy-efficient measures, as well as ensuring access to water and proper sanitary
conditions in the village Korovai in Poltava region. Creation of proper medical care conditions for rural community and
demonstration of the best possible energy-efficient measures to use in their own homes is very important both, for the
local population and for the internally displaced persons who arrived in Poltava region from Kharkiv, Donetsk and
Luhansk regions, where active hostilities are taking place. Within the project, a comprehensive inspection of the
dispensary building will be carried out and recommendations will be received to improve the energy efficiency of this
facility, according to which a set of measures will be carried out. In addition, in order to ensure access to clean water and
sanitary conditions, the project will connect the building to the sewer system, install a toilet and arrange a toilet room.
Also it is planned to create a permanent platform for the development of the village in the premises of the dispensary, to
hold informational and educational events for community representatives with the aim of popularizing both, energy-
efficient technologies and alternative energy sources in rural communities, as well as the accompanying benefits of health
care and social cohesion.
