Men Participating in project formulation will increase knowledge on planning and designing their own projects at home They will gain knowledge and skills that can be used in the future projects. They will learn to develop and manage their own livelihood projects They will be able to provide energy alternative for their families and end household energy poverty. Increased knowledge on agro-ecology will bring better yields and sustenance
Women Participating in project formulation will increase knowledge on planning and designing their own projects at home The proposed project's livelihood enhancement approach will enable them to fend for their families. Lessons learned, knowledge and skills gained will be useful in a future project and
own ventures The livelihood activities will strengthen their capacity to fend for their families. The project will also reduce energy poverty and offer cheaper household energy sources.
Youth Participating in project formulation will increase knowledge on planning and designing their own projects at home The proposed project's economically empower youths and offer livelihood opportunities. Lessons learned, knowledge and skills gained will be useful in a future project and
own ventures The project will offer economic ventures for young people and leadership skills to love and protect the environment. Community will live in a rehabilitated environment.
Persons with Disabilities Participating in project formulation will increase knowledge on planning and designing their own projects at home The proposed project livelihoods will also be disability friendly and contribute towards giving them income. Lessons learned, knowledge and skills gained will be useful in a future project and
own ventures The participation and involvement of PWDs in development work will be accepted in the community as they will have an equal footing with other community member
Notable Community Participation
Due to the number of household responsibilities that young people have, GGZT will schedule project activities in accordance to the time most young people will be available to attend. GGZT will also make the activities to be more interesting for young people to be willing to be part of it.
