This project aims to increase the quality of cassava products purchased,
through the implementation of a sustainable flour and starch production system
directly benefiting 22 families from the Pedra Branca Settlement; guarantee water
for production with rainwater storage, through the construction of 2
cisterns with a capacity of 52,000 liters; ensure better working conditions
for women in carrying out their activities during periods of
flour and in the production of starch by-products for commercialization, through
implementation of an equipped kitchen attached to the flour mill; reduce the consumption of
dirty source energy with the installation of a solar energy system in the flour house,
as well as the preservation of native vegetation and native seeds, through
implementation of native plant nursery
