Overall objectives/activities to be implemented under the grants: To contribute to forest restoration
and livelihood improvement for ethnic minorities in Dak Phoi commune, Lak district, Dak Lak province
Specific objectives are presented below:
Objective 1: To review and assess the current situation of land and forest allocation to households in
Dak Phoi commune, Lak district, including land types, types of assigned certificates, forest types,
current use and management status, and forest management capacity.
Objective 2: To develop models to improve livelihoods from agroforestry and community tourism.
Objective 3: To share the experiences and results of the project, as well as issues of land and forest
allocation, in local and national workshops
