The participation of direct beneficiaries in the preparation of this project was in the development of the line of interest for the proposal, focusing on the needs to strengthen the Fecho and preserve the Cerrado; through suggestions for activities, construction of objectives to be achieved and establishment of the reporting team.

The project will ensure that more women are occupying decision-making spaces in the community as well as in the association, with the inclusion of young women in the project, execution, management and support of activities.

Women, young people and elderly people will be included in the implementation of the project, from the preparation of the proposal to active participation in the execution of activities aimed at preserving the Cerrado, strengthening the territory and valuing the culture and general identity.

· Capacity building on the correct use of drones for use in vegetation areas, which will have the support of Marcos Rogério, environmental activist and audiovisual producer. This training will be focused on members of the beneficiary association; · Capacity building on IFM and firefighting in partnership with the Associação Comunitária dos Pequenos Criadores do Fecho de Clemente, an anchor and pioneer entity in the fight and implementation of projects in defense of the Cerrado, territory and its people, aimed at the communities involved in the project ; · Capacity building on the implementation and importance of agroecological and sustainable family production and the consequences of the use of pesticides in agriculture, which will be mediated by Nilde Nascimento, agronomist, pedagogue and monitor at EFAPA and Thauan Barrem, environmental technician, educator at EFAPA field and monitor. The activity will be aimed at all communities involved in the project; Seminar for final evaluation of the project, presentation of results and cultural presentations such as the reisado that will be carried out by the project coordination and aimed at the project's audience.
