Sustainable local youth communities
to reduce the effects of climate change and provide opportunities for practicing sports and community activities within environmentally friendly & green youth centers, through developing four youth centers in four neighborhoods/areas in greatest need in three governorates, aiming to implement models of sustainable local youth centers.

The project primarily aims to achieve the principles of sustainable development, mitigate the impacts of climate change, and promote gender equality and equal opportunities for youth and children to engage in sports and community activities within environmentally friendly youth centers. This is to be realized by establishing four youth centers in four underserved neighborhoods across three provinces, seeking to implement sustainable local youth center and community models.

Primary Objectives:

Establishment of four environmentally friendly youth centers.
Development of effective collaboration mechanisms between civil society organizations and project partner entities.
Reduction of energy consumption rates to contribute to achieving the seventh goal of sustainable development objectives.
Maximization of benefits from environmental resources by planting densely shaded trees within youth centers, irrigated using recycled gray water, aligning with the sixth goal of sustainable development.
Empowerment of children, youth, and girls to practice waste separation methods from the source using approved separation mechanisms.
Implementation of active learning mechanisms within training halls in targeted youth centers to make them environmentally friendly.
Reduction of water consumption through the use of cost-effective technologies.
Enable children, youth, and girls to produce environmentally friendly products under the slogan "Develop Your Environment Yourself."
Establishment of environmentally sustainable, plastic-free safe youth centers in alignment with the national initiative "Say No to Plastic."
Establishment of an environmental production unit within one of the targeted youth centers to train and qualify children, youth, and women.
Encouragement of children, youth, and girls, along with visitors to the youth centers, to promote models of integrated environmental systems, mitigate the impacts of climate change, and support sustainable development goals.
Development of a long-term action plan for sustainability and ensuring the success of project components.
