The project would include data capture and recording of all processes involved. This will include a short video of change/ lessons which can help in replication in other communities in future and lessons learned.

The women groups will regulating the seasonal access and use of the natural resource in the wetland and these will contribute to family livelihood. This project will enhance the participation of women and their benefit by ensuring they have access to clean water closer to their homes even on the dry winter months. Its will also have women accessing raw materials for the improvement of their livelihoods. These woman will then participate in the decision making involving the pan management.

Youth will be participating in two positions firstly as community guides for the tourists in the area especially birders. They will also participate in the citizen science project where they monitor birds in the pan and they ecosystem.
