Overall objectives/activities to be implemented under the grant
Increasing the active and effective participation of women informal waste workers (IWWs) in waste management, contributing to reducing solid waste and plastic waste.
Specific objectives:
? Objective 1: Increasingthe participation of women informal waste workers and the community, contributing to better waste sorting for recycling and waste treatment, preventing plastic waste from leaking into the environment.
? Objective 2: Building a network of core groups of IWWs and carrying out activities to promote the network of women IWWs in the project site.
? Objective 3: recommending policies to promote the rights, benefits and role of the IWWs in waste management.
