?Creation/development of services that promote the dissemination of resource- and soil-saving technologies?.
Introduce alternative, profitable and sustainable agricultural production methods
such as NO-TiLL that are consistent with water and soil management and sustainable agriculture
for small independent farmers where water and land are very scarce and valuable resources.
The target groups are small family farms with owned and leased rain-fed land, as well as service
and resource providers operating in the target areas.
In the first year (season 2023-2024), at least 50 family farms should be involved, of which 10% are
female, 30% are youth, 15% are poor, with a total land area of 150 hectares.
Next year (season 2024-2025) another 33 family farms should be involved, of which 10% are
women, 30% are youth, 15% are poor, with a total land area of 100 hectares.
Thus, by the end of the task, 83 family farms with a total area of 250 hectares will be involved in
the transition to climate-smart/resource-saving agriculture.
