the Consortium wishes to be more targeted to the needs of its members as it wishes to focus on increasing farm efficiency and productivity, address the priority needs in the value chain with the aim of improving the livelihood of its members. This will in turn contribute towards reducing the food import bill and increasing food security in the Federation.

The Consortium would like to survey its members to better understand and prioritize the challenges they face in their production system, as well as solicit their solutions. The survey will be used to inform the organization?s road map, highlighting priority areas, identifying a strategy for social inclusion, and providing a budgeted implementation plan.
