General Goal: Improve the sustainability of the BODRI watershed and community welfare through plastic waste management, planting, livestock and organic fertilizer
Specific Objective 1 Increase women's capacity and skills in efforts to maintain environmental quality through plastic waste management.
Indicator 1. Increased community capacity and skills in managing economically valuable waste, as well as reducing the amount of plastic waste in rivers and the surrounding environment

Activity 1. Socialization of plastic waste sorting and processing to the community

Specific Objective 2 Increase community income and welfare through the development of integrated farming businesses that pay attention to conservation aspects and reducing chemical fertilizers
Indicator 1. There are planting activities covering an area of 30 hectares with a growth success percentage of 80%
2. Maintaining 40 sheep managed by the group
2. There is Jogangan and grass planting at every boundary of the community's agricultural land
3. Availability of organic fertilizer from livestock manure managed by the community
Activity 1. Carry out planting activities with types of fruit plants and woody plants
2. Make jogangans and plant types of grass at the boundaries of share ownership of agricultural land
3. Procurement of sheep livestock and construction of integrated communal livestock pens
4. Processing livestock manure into organic fertilizer
Specific Objective 2 Increase awareness and participation of the community, women's groups and the younger generation in efforts to preserve the Bodri watershed through education and assistance
Indicator 1. The emergence of creative ideas for groups in creating economically valuable products from plastic waste

Activities 1. Socialization of the program to the entire Ngargosari Village community
2. Assistance in strengthening the institutions of women's groups "KWT Rengganis" and "Karang Taruna Jaka Utama"

1. The Sri Rengganis Women's Farmers Group consists of 21 people (women)
2. Gayuh Makmur Livestock Group of 16 people (men)
3. Karang Taruna Jaka Utama with 41 people (32 men, 9 women)

Management and maintenance of activity results
Regularly evaluate and monitor activity results, project performance and socio-economic impacts and improve partnerships and coordination with village government, related agencies and community groups.

Developing a sustainable and profitable business model from plastic waste, livestock and organic fertilizer and organic fruit.
Division of responsibilities within institutions/groups
Dividing tasks evenly between men, women and the younger generation according to their abilities.
