General Goal of the Balantieng Watershed (Watershed) Initiative to become a source of sustainable learning for future generations
Specific Objective 1 Strengthening shared understanding in documenting the Balantieng Initiative
Indicator 1. Collaborative networks are actively involved in monthly meetings between facilitators, implementers and the community.
2. The existence of a Collaborative Network contributes to the process of documenting the Balantieng Initiative

Specific Objective 2: Documentation as a means of mobilizing support for the restoration and protection of the Balantieng watershed ecosystem
Indicator 1. Various documentation results have been created that provide comprehensive information regarding the conditions, challenges and efforts to restore the Balantieng watershed ecosystem.
2. The Balantieng initiative festival was carried out as a vehicle to gather support for the initiative to care for the Balantieng watershed ecosystem
3. There is support from various parties, including the community, government and other related parties to take part in efforts to restore and protect the Balantieng watershed ecosystem
Activity 1. Strengthening mutual understanding in documenting the Balantieng Initiative
2. The Balantieng Initiative produces audio-visual documentation of the knowledge, traditions and landscape of the Balantieng watershed.
a. Recording programs related to "Mixed Forests & Gardens in the upper reaches of the Balantieng Watershed"
b. Recording programs related to "rice fields, gardens and the threat of sand mining on the Balantieng River"
c. Recording programs related to ?Balantieng coastal landscape?
d. Photographing activities to care for the Balantieng watershed ecosystem in 17 program location villages
3. Write about community knowledge & good practices in caring for the Balantieng watershed ecosystem
a. Create a series of articles on "Natural Resource Governance"
b. Series of articles on "Community Economic Development"
c. Series of articles on "Organizing & Community Learning Centers"
d. Series of articles about "Balantieng Initiative & community efforts in dealing with the impacts of climate change"
4. Documentation as a means of gathering support for the restoration & protection of the Balantieng watershed ecosystem
a. Documentation products are the main instrument for promoting the Balantieng initiative.
b. Creation & activation of Balantieng initiative website & social media
c. Producing 100 creative contents for community initiatives to care for the Balantieng watershed ecosystem
5. Documentation products reach and mobilize the public to support initiatives to care for the Balantieng watershed ecosystem
a. Screening of the film ?Balantieng Initiative? in villages
b. Balantieng initiative festival

? Dissemination of documentation products will be carried out through film screenings in 10 villages, the Balantieng initiative and screenings on websites and social media. Dissemination while the program is running will be carried out worldwide. After the program ends, the world is committed to managing the website and social media together with the community for a period of 2 years. So overall the website and social media will be managed for 3 years.
? One year's hosting payment uses program funds, the next 2 years using universal fees.
