National Community-based Climate Change Mitigation Outcome Report in Four GEF SGP-7 Landscapes of Indonesia
General Objective To estimate the reduction/mitigation of Green House Gas emissions and mitigation actions implemented in the 4 project areas
Specific Objective 1 Estimate reduction/mitigation of GHG emissions resulting from renewable energy projects, agroforestry, silvo pastoral, and other projects and prepare case studies related to mitigation actions carried out by local community groups in 4 project areas
Implemented Indicators Indicator 3 in the Pro Doc Mitigated GHG emissions (metric tons of Co2e)
Activity 1. Preparation of GHG emissions inventory for the renewable energy, agroforestry and pastoral sectors, and other sectors
Basic data collection
? Collection of project reports from previous phases related to GHG emission reduction
? Collection of vegetation cover database as a basis for phase 7 land-based emissions assumptions
? Collecting data on all activities carried out until January 2024
? Preparation of database entry formats for partners and related parties
? Community training in simple calculations of GHG emissions for renewable energy, agroforestry, pastoral and other sectors
? Preparation of a pocket book for calculating GHG emissions
2. Inception Workshop
Compilation of information related to mitigation actions carried out by local community groups supported by GEF SGP Indonesia in the renewable energy, agroforestry and silvo pastoral sectors, and other sectors
a. Year 1 Monitoring

? Phase II Monitoring (data on emission reduction or emission addition activities)
? First year report
? Evaluation I
b. Monitoring Year II
? Stage III Monitoring (data on emission reduction or emission addition activities)
? Phase IV Monitoring (data on emission reduction or emission addition activities)
? Year III Report
c. Final report
Directly to all target communities of the GEF-SGP Phase 7 project, which consists of 21 villages spread across 4 (four) priority areas
Management and maintenance of activity results
Projects that have been implemented can be integrated with the Village RPJM/Village RKP, including encouraging Village SDGs with its "roadmap" which includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals that provide benefits for villages and communities, specifically Village SDG Number 13 concerning Climate Change Responsive Villages. Activities that have been included in the Village RPJM and/or Village RKP can become village development activities and are budgeted for which can be used from DD and ADD funds. Apart from that, policy support at the village level will help this program during implementation and after the program is implemented. Support for program sustainability can be continued by the village government. With the relevant village regulations in place, the village government can continue the program with the support of village funds.

Likewise, the Regional Government or other related parties who have an interest in projects that have been implemented can become opportunities for sustainability.

Business plan
The projects implemented have resulted in breakthroughs in sustainable community livelihoods managed by local groups. This can become a productive economic enterprise that develops into an MSME. The businesses that have been run can be connected with the local Cooperatives, MSMEs and Trade Services so that products from community businesses can be accommodated and sold.

Division of responsibilities within institutions/groups
It is very important to increase group capacity in institutional management. For this reason, group knowledge and abilities in institutional management, including financial management skills, are very necessary so that when the project is completed it can be continued by the institution/group that has been trained and is ready. This cannot be separated from the strong capacity at the community level, including in the duties and responsibilities of institutions/groups
