Activity 1.1: Selection of participating female engineers
Activity 1.2 Hold the first training course (20) hours Assessing the environmental impact of electronic waste, how to dispose of it in a scientific and safe manner, collecting and storing it, the laws regulating this matter and environmental policies, and how to create campaigns and means to collect various electrical and electronic waste.
Activity 1.3 Hold the second training course (60) hours: ?Maintenance of various electrical and electronic devices, including mobile phones, laptops, laptop batteries, bicycles, various types of batteries, computer screens, television screens, chargers, cameras, and various household electrical appliances, also of small size and permanent use.?
Activity 1.4: Hold the third training course (20) hours "Health and safety in dealing with electronic waste."
Output 2: Electronic waste collection and sorting facility established and operated in Jenin area.
Activity 2.1: Make a mapping of electronic waste sources.
Activity 2.2: Collection initiatives (1): - Collect electronic waste through personal social media pages (digital marketing).
Activity 2.3: Collection initiatives (2): establish sorting line in universities (Arab American, Al-Quds Open University in Jenin) through special containers for electronic waste, and initiatives to purchase it at reduced prices.
Activity 2.4: Collection initiatives (3): Create a digital network (WhatsApp) for civil society organizations, companies, shops, and retailers in order to dispose of electronic waste through it.
Output 3: Increased economic opportunities for female engineer graduates.
Activity 3.1: Income generation (1): Network with companies and shops for maintenance and electronic devices for employment.

Income generation (2): Create small projects by female trainees for maintenance and rehabilitation of electronic waste and digital marketing through the (IDEA) incubator.
Output 4: Community support and awareness of the women-led Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) initiative increased.
Activity 4.1Peer to Peer education: Each of the trainees will hold (3) CENTRAL WORKSHOPS for housewives on how to deal with household electronic waste, which includes basic maintenance skills.
Activity 4.2 Conduct a digital awareness campaign for the local community.
Activity 4.3 Produce and publish 5 minutes a documentary video about the project experience.
Activity 4.4 Conduct project closing meeting.
