Activity 1.1 Allocate 72 beehives to 25 farms across three primary regions (Beit Ummer, Sourief, and Biet Kahel) within the Key Biodiversity Areas (KBAs) crucial for biodiversity preservation in northern Hebron.
Activity 1.2 Purchase of bee and beekeeping supplies for each farmer.
Activity 1.3 Purchase three centrifuges to facilitate the collection and extraction of honey from the harvested honeycombs.

Output 2. Biodiversity and beekeeping sustainability awareness increased among farmers, university students, and agricultural engineers.
Activity 2.1 Conduct 15 theoretical and practical hours on the importance and role of bees.
Activity 2.2 Provide training to university students and farmers on the significance of preserving biological diversity and ensuring its sustainability. Emphasize the importance of bees in nature and introduce modern methods of beekeeping, propagation, and utilization of bee products through interactive meetings.
Activity 2.3 Create 80 posts (ten posters per month) highlighting the various types of wild plants crucial for bees.
Activity 2.4 Produce a 3-minute video showcasing the importance of wild plants in supporting bee populations and promoting pollination.

Output 3. A comprehensive database documenting pollinator-attracting trees, herbs, and medicinal plants established within the Key Biodiversity Area (KBA).

Activity 3.2 Engage in efforts to replant indigenous vegetation in ecologically significant areas within the Hebron Mountains, particularly within the Key Biodiversity Area (KBA) north of Hebron. Prioritize the cultivation of herbaceous plants such as thyme, Persian thyme, sage, Slavia, and carob. Aim to reintroduce 500 targeted wild plants across the project areas, encompassing both tree and herbaceous species.
Output 4. Partnerships between local communities and institutions in the North of Hebron strengthened.
Activity 4.1 Collaborate with institutions such as Palestine Technical University / Kadoorie and beekeepers' associations in Palestine to promote beekeeping projects and their products. Utilize their expertise in beekeeping techniques and conduct visits to encourage income generation while preserving plant biodiversity.
Activity 4.2 Organize a field visit to the Beit Ummar site to meet with the bee expert.
