This project will facilitate the timely and appropriate implementation of the SGP on its second operational phase, providing with timely contracts for different training activities and technical advice that would be requested by the project implementing NGO?s. The scheme has been approved by the NSC, due to the lack for this important resources on the SGP operational budget and the quality of work and trust established by the Fundación Kukulkán at a national level.
