1. Farmers maintain nurseries for plants including perennial plants recommended by the field coordinator of the project; 3750 trees of varies value planted in 75 hoem gardens.
2. 75 home gardens functioning and selected farmers trained in soil conservation methods and practicing organic farming in their home gardens and producing compost.
3. Energy conserving stoves are used in 50 houses. They report that these stoves save fuel wood and cooking time by almost 40%.

4. In the 2 Primary schools of one village, 2 plots have been set up, one for hardwood perennials and other for medicinal plants which have been planted in the field and are maintained by school children on a well-organized schedule.
5. 2 watershed areas in the selected sites have been replanted with 1000 plants.
