-To promote awareness and popularize solar energy technology in milling and distribution of water

Funding was planned to be leveraged from SGP, local communities and a national church organization. The latter failed to raise the necessary financing.
Significant Participation of Indigenous Peoples
Local communities will be exposed to the hydro mill technologies. They will also be involved in the construction of infrastructures.
