Biodiversity Conservation though conservation of local paddy varieties by Saru Ketha Movement
Develop facilities of exicting farm as a resource centre, establish CBO's, training of farmers on SRI method of farming, promote cultication of local paddy varieties through the SRI method, greenhouse for seed paddy propagation, promote environmental friendly pesticides, composting and biogas as demonstration. Collection of traditional seed varieties is an on-going activity of the NGO which will be addressed within this project too.
