A visit was made by two NSC members after submitting the final technical and financial report.
The objectives of the visit were to:
 Verify the completion of all project activities according to the original proposal
 Investigate the sustainability of the project after ending the grant.
 Consider any lessons learned during the implementation of the project to be incorporated in the new projects
Recommendations:
The NGO should submit quarterly report for the period of one year after completion of the project and then submit annual report for the next five years. The reason is to give GEF/SGP staff to monitor the sustainability of the project
The NGO must conduct a big workshop in order to present their experiences in the field of solar heaters to give the chance to adjacent NGOs to replicate the idea in their local communities.

1. The NGO was advised to continue advocate for the idea parallel to its other activities.
2. The NGO was notified to get quotations from different suppliers in order to deliver the heaters in competitive cost.
3. The NGO was informed to hire at least one of the technicians as a permanent staff to ensure the sustainability of the regular maintenance.
