Documenting the oral and written history of the domesticated plant species in Palestine
The project will document and conserve the culture and history of the Palestinian plant species through collect the oral and written history and information i.e. poems, holly books, stories, popular and wise sayings which are ingerited over many generations. The project will also animate the use of the cultural plants particularly whose of medical and nutritional value through raise the community awareness by conducting workshops and producing outreash material i.e. booklet and calendar to be used for promoting Eco-tourism as well.

During information collection and meetings between the local community and project team their will be chance to talk about biodiversity and it's relation with the palestinian domesticated plants.
Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
Raising public awareness for the local society and tourists on the historical, medical and economical importance of the Palestinian heritage plants as an a natural resources by meeting the local community in 5 villages and publishing a book (2000 copy) and calendar (2000 copy). In addition to that conducting a final workshop to represent the project results and distributes the book and calendar.
